Muddy Pools & Foolish Fish

When foolish fish
find themselves
in muddy waters
they panic
and splash to and fro
trying to settle the mud
themselves.

Since fish can't breath mud,
foolish fish
live short lives.

When wise fish
find themselves
in muddy waters
they calmly control themselves
and float
and wait for the mud
to settle itself.

Since fish can't breath mud,
wise fish
live long lives --
and eventually
have the pool all to themselves.
