pretty much all of it - the Moody Blues are my spiritual gurus and I grew up on Broadway showtunes - and I love 60s and 70s rock and listen to James Twyman and alot of the new agey stuff and the blues and I try to go to the Kate Wolf Festival every year up at Wavy Gravy's old hog farm -
Favorite Books:
am an avid reader - read 150-200 books a year - at the moment, am reading the biography of Georgia O'Keeffe - favorite authors are Garcia-Marquez, Vonnegut, - I read Siddhartha at least once a year - and give out copies of Lazy Man's Guide to Enlightenment and Bringers of the Dawn on a regular basis - have always enjoyed Watership Down - have a pretty eclectic library to match my life - a bit of everything as long as it's well written and charms me or informs me or makes me laugh
Favorite Movies:
Cinema Paradiso! - and am now a member of Netflix so am seeing great movies every week - tend toward foreign, indie, docs (tho am giving up on mostly political ones as I'm trying to remove myself from all that truly disturbs my peace and keeps me agitated and away from "purpose"
Favorite TV Shows:
Boston Legal, Brothers & Sisters, CNN, CSpan 1&2 on weekends - Jon Stewart, Oprah (depending on who is on and what it's about) - Desperate Housewives - Grey's Anatomcomedy
What do you do to make a living?
pick up my mail on the 3rd of the month - am retired and getting social security such as it is...occasionally editing booksego/
What kind of hobbies do you have?
writing, reading, traveling in my van for four months in the summer - I live in the desert near Palm Springs in a wonderful little mobile home with a private hot tub and fabulous view of the mountains looking west - I usually wander north, spend time with my 96 year old amazing Mom, do some housesitting, spend time at the ocean and campgrounds in various places...Annie, my 8 year old border collie travels with me...
In a world where you were pursuing your deepest, most heartfelt callings, what would you be doing?
exactly what I am doing - I spend a few hours a day wandering in other dimensions, hanging out in my 7th light body (when gravity doesn't have a total hold), focusing light and love to all of humanity and all sentient beings in, on, above and within the earth and of course, our beloved earth as well - I channel a divine dolphin named Sharaya and may one day put her words into a book or online...
What is the most important thing you have learned in your life?
it's all just my trip - whether I recognize how I created it or not, I know it is the consequence of my "past" actions - if it's not what I think I want, I know it's what I need and if I don't relish where I am, then I have to take responsibility for creating it and change my behavior and focus on holographically creating the world I do want - right now, I am working on manifesting the new earth and actualizing the 5th and 6th dimensions within "me"
Describe a belief that you previously held and then subsequently changed. What caused you to change your mind?
I voted for Barry Goldwater in the 60s (mainly because I had met and spent time with him and cherished his integrity) - then I went to Thailand to visit my Navy pilot husband at the time and saw what truly ugly Americans can be about, did a "Jane Fonda" and came home as a radical anti war activist...and not too long after that, there was LSD and a trip that caused me to leave my partnership on Wall Street -
Who do you admire most in the world (past and/or present) and why?
rather than world, I would use the word, earth and what I admire most is her incredible magnificence whether in the deserts, mountains, forests or seashore - She and her creatures hold me in awe
At this turbulent moment in history, what do you think is the most important thing a person can do to help humankind (and the rest of the planet) survive the many dangers that confront us?
ignore the "dangers" which are being created for the sole purpose of continuing to control us (through fear) and realize that we are the creators of our reality - it is time for us to truly understand this, to take responsibility and take charge of creating and becoming the magnificent beings inherent in each of us...it is our purpose, there is really no other...light is pouring into this planet and into each of us - the darkness occurring now is the evolutionary driver which can propel us on a quantum level into the new earth - be the light you are - share the light - and become love - there truly is just ONE of us and together we can create the new heaven and new earth
What are your answers to the big questions: Who are we? Where are we from? Why are we here? Where are we headed?
I think I covered that above...
Why did you decide to join this community?
cause I like what David is doing - cause sharing my wisdom is a major part of my purpose and cause it just felt right (which is why I do most things..)

thanks - will get back to it in a day or two and fill out more of the profile stuff - and add a "looking for" bit - I need to find a mature adult to come live in my mellow mobile home for four months from June 1 to October 1 (thereabouts) at greatly reduced rent in exchange for plant/cat feeding/sitting - if you hear of anyone who might like to spend the summer near Palm Springs, keep me in mind...thanks
