I have been pretty easy on myself so far, allowing myself to have more fruit juice and less vegetable juice; that's all going to slowly change as I get deeper into the fast.
Here's what I had to drink yesterday and the day before:
12/29/07:
pineapple/greens juice: 22 oz.
carrot/yam w/cinnamon juice: 12 oz.
agave limeade: 30 oz.

Great profile! While I enjoyed reading everything you had to share, I especially liked your answer to "What is the most important thing you have learned in your life?" Your enthusiasm for NHNE was also delightful. And I've noticed you've brought some of your friends along. That's great!
Anyway, just wanted to get a welcome message posted on your page -- and also remind you to let me know how I can get my hands on your album. Your music is lovely.
