I loved your book preface. I couldn't agree more that it takes great courage to live what we know deep in our soul. My conscious awakening began 17 years ago when I had a "dark night of the soul" experience that Western medicine calls a psychotic breakdown. It started out so wondrous and joyful - I was actually experiencing the oneness of the universe - but it spun out of control soon after I first had the thought that I might be going insane. My life since then has been a journey back to that conscious awakened state - and it has involved great suffering, as well as great strides forward. I have become so comfortable with the method of suffering as a pathway to growth, however, that I am having great difficulty letting go of this way of learning. Part of the reason must be that I believe that my greatest life lessons have been learned in this way. There's nothing quite like holding my mother's lifeless wrist between my fingers just after she died, turning her hand back and forth, to know the reality of death. There's nothing quite like having your world fall apart overnight because of a series of bad choices to know the meaning of humility. And when I went through these things, it was extremely difficult to take any comfort in knowing I'd planned them before birth. In the moment is only the awareness of the experience; nothing more, nothing less. Reflection comes later.
Anyway, I plan to check out your book and hope to chat with you sometime on this and other subjects.
Until then,
Gail
As a student of the mind/spirit for 50 years and a Clinical Hypnotherapist I know very well about preplanning our lives and the "coincidences" that lead us to the right people and the right places at the right time to learn or experience what we ned to experience or teach what we need to teach or learn what we need to learn. I was married to a wonderful "trance channeler" for 30 years and received many great messages and had many many wonderful experiences. I could probably write a couple of books just about "miracles" that have happened in my and my family's life. I know that if miracles are not happening in your life on a regular basis you are doing something incorrectly. Usually not paying attention LOL!!! Seriously though the secret to miracles is to know that they have already happened and give thanks for them and to act as though they are a done deal. Whenever we pray "for" something over and over we are simply emphasizing the idea that we don't have it and it pushes that thing further from us. W e must do as Jesus did and always do/say a prayer of gratitude that it is already done,"Pray believing that it is already done."
Thank you Robert for your contribution to the enlightenment of the world and for having the courage to "Be the better way". It is never an easy path at the best of time as we will be challenged constantly to walk the walk and the worst opposition/challenges always seems to come from our own family members. As Jesus said "A prophet know o honor in his own country."

Thanks for the friend request. I'm very intrigued with your book, it looks fascinating.
Sorry for my slow response. It was a wild week. Had a wedding on the weekend and then catch up after the fact. Also, lost my password and so my quick response was tabled til I had time to sort it out. WELCOME.
